I believe in the power of collaborative healing and am passionate about guiding my clients toward healing and personal growth in every area of their lives. I work with adolescents, young adults, couples, and individuals from BIPOC communities, helping them navigate challenges around identity, relationships, and mental health.to restore their most important relationships. My practice is grounded in humanistic and person-centered methods, tailored to meet the unique needs of each person I work with.

Specializing in disordered eating, anxiety, depression, and supporting others navigate life transitions and relationships, I approach therapy through an attachment lens, focusing on emotional connection and personal growth. Whether facilitating individual therapy or guiding couples to achieve more fulfilling partnerships, I am committed to offering a therapeutic space that nurtures healing, resilience, and long-term well-being.

I’m a Licensed Associate Professional Counselor and earned my undergraduate degree in Psychology and Criminal Justice from Georgia Southern University in 2014, and a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Mercer University in 2020. My clinical experience spans a variety of settings, including both inpatient and outpatient care, allowing me to work with diverse populations and develop a broad understanding of mental health care.

I specialize in treating disordered eating—including Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, Avoidant/Restrictive Food Intake Disorder, and Binge Eating Disorder—as well as body image concerns and co-occurring mental health issues. With specialized training in Family-Based Therapy (FBT), I am passionate about supporting families as they navigate the complexities of eating disorder recovery, empowering both the individual and their loved ones. My goal is to help clients uncover the deeper roots of their struggles, fostering healthier, more compassionate relationships with food and their bodies.

My Experience

In my practice, I offer individual, couples, and family therapy, using an eclectic, integrative approach. I draw from humanistic, person-centered, and attachment-focused modalities to create a customized therapeutic experience for each client. Additionally, I’m a certified Prepare and Enrich facilitator, supporting couples in building strong, healthy relationships.

I feel particularly called to support adolescents, young adults, couples and individuals from BIPOC communities, providing a safe, culturally responsive space where they can explore their identity, relationships, and mental health. It is my honor to walk alongside my clients as a guide and advocate, helping them navigate life’s challenges and grow into stronger, healthier, and more confident versions of themselves.
