We believe everyone has a story, but often within that story we hold pain or shame about our past that can deeply effect our ability to enjoy our lives. We believe that when we reveal our secret pain, even to just one person, that courageous leap of faith has the power to set us free and transform our lives.
Our passion is to join with you on the path of cultivating unconditional compassionate friendship with yourself, reclaiming your authentic voice, and making meaningful changes to get the life you want.
*Please note: a sliding scale is available upon request for clients in need when time slots are available.
*We do not bill insurance. We are happy to give you an invoice with all pertinent information including diagnostic codes and service charges for you to turn into your insurance company.
*Payment is accepted in the beginning of each session and a receipt of services can be emailed to you afterwards.
*Cancellation Policy: In accordance with the client/therapist policy agreement found in the intake paperwork, appointments cancelled within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment will be charged the full session fee. Emergencies are excused from this policy.
